MECHANICS

1. Subscribers who update and pay their monthly bill or have a zero balance between the months of March 15, 2023 to May 31, 2023, can fill out the jotform to join this promo.
2. Subscribers must scan the QR code and fill out the jotform with complete details. Improperly filling up means disqualification from the promo.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

1. Deadline for claiming of prizes will be 60 days after the draw date.
2. Inclusive date of the winners is March 15, 2023 to May 31, 2023.
3. Winners will be notified thru calls and SMS after the raffle and their names will be announced on the Royal Cable community channel and official Facebook page.
4. All winners will be asked to go in the Royal Cable Main Office located at the 2^nd floor of Morales Building San Antonio, Biñan Laguna to claim their prize and must provide valid IDs to check their identities and proof of billing.

FORFEITURE

1. Winners with submitted application, such as those with improperly filled up/incomplete will be forfeited claiming prizes.
2. Prizes not claimed after 60 days will be forfeited.
3. Applications not submitted three days to the prior to schedule draw date will not be included to the draw.
4. Royal Cable does not warrant the items subject to the raffle.

EXCLUSIVITY AND DISCLAIMER

1. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
2. Employees of Royal Cablevision, employees under second party agencies, and their relatives up to 2^nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not eligible to join the promos.
