HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CARMEN’S BEST ICE CREAM

1. Subscriber must provide one valid ID and the receipt of the installation fee in claiming the ice cream.
2. Claiming of Carmen’s best ice cream is available only at Morales head office, Sta. Rosa Office, Cabuyao Sala Office, and Calamba Office.
3. Front liners will check and verify the receipt of the installation fee and job order of the subscriber.
4. The deadline for claiming ice cream will be 30 days after installation.

FORFEITURE

Prizes not claimed after 60 days will be forfeited.

EXCLUSIVITY AND DISCLAIMER

1. Employees of ROYAL CABLEVISION, under second party agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity, are not eligible to join the promo.
