Royal Cable continues to improve the MyRC mobile app experience, and with the launch of MyRC Version 2, the latest update brings a refreshed platform alongside two new features designed to give subscribers more control, right from their smartphones.
Since its launch, the MyRC app has allowed subscribers to manage their accounts, view billing statements, pay online, track service requests in real time, explore available plans and bundles, submit concerns, and stay updated on the latest promos — all in one place.
A Better, Faster MyRC Experience
MyRC Version 2 arrives with a cleaner interface, improved performance and responsiveness, and better compatibility with newer Android devices — all while keeping the familiar experience subscribers already know intact. These updates are designed to make everyday use faster and more seamless.
What's New in MyRC 2.0
The latest release adds to that growing list of features. It introduces the Top Up feature, which allows subscribers to request a package upgrade directly through the app. The request goes directly to the Customer Relations Department (CRD), where a representative will follow up to confirm and process it, making it easier to upgrade without visiting an office or making a call.
This release also brings Refer a Friend, which lets subscribers generate a unique referral code through the app and share it with family and friends. A referral history tracker is built in as well, so subscribers can keep an eye on their rewards anytime.
Subscribers who have been receiving physical bills or visiting the office for transactions may find that MyRC Version 2 already covers everything they need through the app. Royal Cable also encourages subscribers to sign up for paperless billing, allowing them to receive their Statement of Account digitally through their MyRC account instead of waiting for a physical statement.
Existing users may continue logging in with their current credentials, with no changes to usernames or passwords required.
