MECHANICS:

1. This promo is open to existing and new subscribers.
2. The duration of the promo is from September 18, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
3. Existing subscribers who wish to upgrade must fill up an application form and must renew his/her contract with a conversion fee if needed.
4. A conversion fee of ₱1,000 will be waived for the subscribers installed starting July 17, 2020 until September 17, 2020.
5. New applications must forward proper documentation prior to installation.
6. In the event that the subscriber changes their mind and request for disconnection after availing the promo, the subscriber must pay the unused or remaining months of ₱3,000 as a termination fee, whichever is higher and must return the equipment such as Set Top Box and Modem/ ONT.
7. ₱1,800.00 Access fee will be shouldered by the subscriber for the free cable channels.
8. The same installation fees from the previous package will apply both HFC and Fiber.
9. Contract period – 36 months
