Mechanics:
1. Existing subscriber must be 0.00 or no outstanding balance ( April, May and June) can join the promo. 1 limit per contract per month)
2. Subscribers must settle their latest monthly subscription at any Royal Cable Offices, Online Payment and any accredited Bayad Center outlets.
