MECHANICS
I. DESCRIPTION
Royal Treat to Korea Promo is a Raffle incentive program designed specifically and exclusively for ROYAL CABLE Subscribers covering the areas of Binan, Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba. This is an add-on value to our Loyal updated Subscribers.

II. Accredited Royal Cable Offices.

Pavilion Office – 2nd floor Bldg. B in front of activity Center
Sta. Rosa office – Near Budget Lane
Cabuyao Sala Office – In front of Shine Land

Calamba Office – In front of Calamba Doctors Hospital

III. CREDITING OF RAFFLE TICKETS
1. Royal Cable subscribers paying and updating their accounts starting October 15, 2019 to December 31, 2019 in any of our Royal Cable Offices, will be given (1) raffle ticket.
2. Subscribers must fill-up the raffle stub with complete and readable details. Improperly filled up means disqualification on the promo.

3. All raffle coupons will be collected every end of each month in preparation for the Grand Raffle draw.
4. All coupons will be collected and stored for the Grand Raffle Draw.

IV. ISSUANCE AND SUBMISSION OF RAFFLE TICKETS
1. All issued raffle tickets must be submitted to the designated Drop Boxes three days prior to the scheduled draw date.
2. Deadline for submission of entries is on January 7, 2020.

V. PROMO DURATION
Promo will run from October 15 – December 31, 2019

1. All raffle tickets submitted from October 15 to December 31,2019 will be included in the Grand Draw on January 10, 2020.

VII. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
1. Deadline for claiming of prizes will be 60 days after the draw date.
2. Inclusive date of travel of winners is from February 2020 up to June 2020. Not applicable for long holidays.
3. Winners will be notified after the raffle and their names will be announced on the Royal Cable community channel and official face book page.

VIII. FORFEITURE
1. Winners with raffle tickets such as those with improperly filled up/incomplete will be forfeited from claiming their prizes.
2. Prizes not claimed or “no appearance” within sixty days from the draw date will be forfeited.
3. Issued raffle tickets not submitted/ dropped at the designated Drop Boxes three days prior to scheduled draw date will not be included in the draw.

IX. EXCLUSIVITY and DISCLAIMER
1. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
2. This raffle promo is exclusive only for all the ROYAL CABLE Subscribers.
3. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the higher value.
4. The prizes like gadgets of Royal Cable Raffle Promo are provided with warranties of any kind.
5. Employees of Royal Cablevision, employees under second party agencies and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not eligible to join the promos.
6. Conjunction with other existing promos is not applicable.
